2 old men.who wins? Noone wins. But the 2 old men certainly lose the most. They have nowhere to go but down. Their victims can move on and hold their heads up high.

Reminds me of lyrics and video to a very fitting song in the case of Bill and Colin.

Track art

You gotta be crazy, you gotta have a real need
You gotta sleep on your toes, and when you're on the street
You gotta be able to pick out the easy meat with your eyes closed
And then moving in silently, down wind and out of sight
You gotta strike when the moment is right without thinking

And after a while, you can work on points for style
Like the club tie, and the firm handshake
A certain look in the eye and an easy smile
You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to
So that when they turn their backs on you,
You'll get the chance to put the knife in

You gotta keep one eye looking over your shoulder
You know it's going to get harder, and harder, and harder as you get older
And in the end you'll pack up and fly down south
Hide your head in the sand,
Just another sad old man
All alone and dying of cancer

And when you loose control, you'll reap the harvest you have sown
And as the fear grows, the bad blood slows and turns to stone
And it's too late to lose the weight you used to need to throw around
So have a good drown, as you go down, all alone
Dragged down by the stone (stone, stone, stone, stone, stone)

I gotta admit that I'm a little bit confused
Sometimes it seems to me as if I'm just being used
Gotta stay awake, gotta try and shake off this creeping malaise
If I don't stand my own ground, how can I find my way out of this maze?

Deaf, dumb, and blind, you just keep on pretending
That everyone's expendable and no-one has a real friend
And it seems to you the thing to do would be to isolate the winner
And everything's done under the sun
And you believe at heart, everyone's a killer

Who was born in a house full of pain
Who was trained not to spit in the fan
Who was told what to do by the man
Who was broken by trained personnel

Who was fitted with collar and chain
Who was given a pat on the back
Who was breaking away from the pack
Who was only a stranger at home

Who was ground down in the end
Who was found dead on the phone
Who was dragged down by the ston

There aren't any investors responding to this post. I will leave it to the Court of Queen's Bench Calgary to deal with the BBoys. Ten years on, the damage done to so many investors. A couple of old men in jail? Who wins?

Post#236 by Guest May. 11, 2017, 07:22PM

They will be "servicing" Bubba in the clink next year. Ouch

Post#235 by Guest May. 11, 2017, 01:23PM

Are the BBoys still involved with MODhaus developments? In-fill housing used to be one of their 'services'.

Post#230 by Guest Apr. 17, 2017, 10:49AM

Are there any updates as to what these two are up to now?  I can't imagine how they are managine to scrape together the money required for two large and very expensive law suits (fraud & class action).  I believe they have/had land in Canmore--perhaps that's been sold or is up for sale.  Someone may get a good deal.

Post#228 by Guest Mar. 05, 2017, 06:09AM

I just found out about the arrest and upcoming trial. I then googled one of their names and found this website. This is just wonderful! Looks like the FBI was involved. Good thing for these two dudes that they were arrested here and not in the States. There is much harsher punishments down there. I Still cannot understand how these people get it into their heads that it is OK to take other people's life's worth of hard earned money and assume it is theirs. Is it a mental problem? Do they really believe in their minds that this is valid behaviour? Well they will now learn all about responsibility for their actions and the consequences.

Everyone , their trial is not until April 2018. Call off the media haha. Pretty sure they won't be taking any sunny vacations to the south, unless they do it illegally. (Would not put it past them). Anyways, this gives them another year to mull over their futures.

Post#222 by Guest Jan. 30, 2017, 03:10PM

Happy 69th Birthday Bill! Have a drink, on us of course!

Where will you be for your 70th? :)

Post#221 by Guest Jan. 26, 2017, 11:10AM

THANK YOU! Make sure we contact the media. Let them know about these court dates. Tell them to not forget their cameras :)

Post#220 by Guest Jan. 25, 2017, 11:29PM

I just called the court of queens bench.                                               https://albertacourts.ca/court-of-queens-bench/locations-sittings/location-sitting-details#calgary

Post#219 by Guest Jan. 25, 2017, 04:11PM

Hey post 218 - where did you get the information that Bboys are going to trial in April 2017?

Post#218 by Guest Jan. 21, 2017, 09:10AM

Criminal trial for fraud and theft to begin in April, 2017. Now the judge can decide what to do with these two!

Post#215 by Guest Jan. 03, 2017, 06:20PM

Contact Calgary RCMP, Sylvain Roussel. They should be able to give you further direction.

Post#214 by Guest Jan. 03, 2017, 10:10AM

They are under investigation by the FBI???

NIIIIICE!!

I will attempt to send everything I got to them.

Anyone know how to do that?

Post#213 by Guest Jan. 01, 2017, 07:04PM

Paying for their defense against fraud/theft charges with investors money?

Post#212 by Guest Jan. 01, 2017, 11:44AM

Considering the hefty legal fees incurred by their two suits and the fact that they are under investigation by the FBI, I doubt they are planning any sunny USA stays.

Post#206 by Guest Dec. 14, 2016, 06:36PM

Scumbags, perfect description. I'll wait now for the court appearance.

Post#205 by Guest Dec. 13, 2016, 06:24AM

Scumbags.Plain and simple. That is all.

Post#203 by Guest Dec. 12, 2016, 05:42PM

There is no family left for Bradley. He is on his own. A grim future for one with such an enormous ego. That ego won't be much help in the days to come.

Post#201 by Guest Dec. 11, 2016, 07:31AM

Yes, but having their names all over the media as the thieves that they are, and looking forward to an impending criminal trial, their lives can't be too good right now. All the friends and family that they had fooled into thinking they were good guys now know better. How proud they must be of their wonderful little developers who suddenly made it big..the mansions, the sports cars! the parties. Their families and friends must have thought they were sooooo successful, until they read the papers last June. What a disappointing let down. They story of the BBoy's lives. Imagine having to look in the mirror. Glad I'm not them.

Post#200 by Guest Dec. 10, 2016, 06:40PM

I suspect CRA has their hooks into the BBoys for tax evasion. Sadly, given the time it takes to have these cases heard, despite The Chief Justice for Alberta calling for more judges to be installed, it will be a long time before the BBoys are tried on the charges.

Post#199 by Guest Dec. 09, 2016, 12:59PM

I don't credit either one with the brains for future financial planning. They enjoy spending, not saving.

Post#196 by Guest Dec. 07, 2016, 03:53PM

Depends where and how he spread out the loot before declaring bankruptcy. Declaring bankruptcy only kept the civil litigators away..it's the usual old trick Practiced by the soulless.

Post#194 by Guest Dec. 06, 2016, 07:53PM

Bradley declared bankrutcy Nov. 25th, 2010. Public documents state $876,372 in Liabilities, Total Assets $104,000. Living down south in the lap of luxury? I don't think so.

Post#191 by Guest Dec. 05, 2016, 02:14PM

You kidding me? Too cold for their tender skin. I'm sure they are in the sunny south getting their toenails polished And eyelashes extended. Apparantly, accused frauds and thieves can travel freely across the border until convicted. Wonder if Colin will enjoy his future penthouse like he enjoyed his past one?

Post#188 by Guest Dec. 04, 2016, 01:40PM

Has anyone  seen the BBoys out and about in Calgary recently?

Post#172 by Guest Nov. 14, 2016, 06:46PM

Contact the Calgary RCMP office and ask to speak to Sylvain Roussel if you want to offer further information.

Post#171 by Guest Nov. 12, 2016, 02:39PM

Hey Guest 170, any more detail on where you heard that the RCMP are looking for information?  Or who or where to call if someone wants to offer some information?

Post#170 by Guest Nov. 10, 2016, 12:02PM

I believe that the RCMP is interested in hearing from anyone who has been shafted or defrauded by these two.

Post#169 by Guest Oct. 20, 2016, 01:21PM

yes!! scumbags (sorry, defendants) have to be tried in a timely manner. This is good news.

Post#168 by Guest Sep. 27, 2016, 09:49AM

Any word on whether the FBI will also be laying charges on these guys in the States? The FBI were involved in the fraud investigation.

What about the other projects that Bradley and Becker diverted funds for? The present charges are just for the Bridgegate (Crowsnest Lake) scam. What about the other Crowsnest Pass projects and the one in Canmore?

I heard over $100 million was raised for all of them...$100 MILLION!!! (nothing built in Crowsnest, at all, and the Canmore condo was started and left to rot...approx cost to build what is there rotting appraised at $8 million).

Not really sure. Seems they are being charged criminally by the authorities and also being sued by their victims. That is alot of lawyers fees for these 2 bankrupts. I wonder where the money is coming from? Hmmmmm

Hey #160:

I know the RCMP have charged them, but I'm curous about where you got your information about plea stays etc, and where this judgement about them on August 24th comes from.

http://www.canlii.org/en/ab/abqb/doc/2016/2016abqb433/2016abqb433.html

Thoughts?

Post#161 by Guest Sep. 10, 2016, 02:52PM

No they are charged with indictable offences 334(a) and 380 (1)(a) under the Canadian criminal code as shown in the following criminal offence penalty chart. The court appearance was to enter their plea for the above charges and I believe the plea is reserved at this time. Probably not fun times for the 2 of them. They may be experiencing the stress and anxiety that they caused so many others over the years. Too bad for them.

Replying to # 157, 158, the latest news I have seen is this:

Their Lawyers went to court on August 11th 2016.

However, this court appearance doesn’t seem to be about the RCMP criminal charges for Crowsnest Pass, but about a class action suit by Derek Da Silva (and lots of others) against them for further fraud in a River Run Vistas project.

Apparently, Bill Bradley & Colin Becker declared bankruptcy in 2010 and it appears you can’t sue anyone until the bankruptcy period has expired (in this case in 2019).

On August 24th 2016, the presiding Judge lifted their bankruptcy order to allow the River Run investor’s class action suit to proceed.
Post#158 by Guest Aug. 12, 2016, 09:50AM

Just a preliminary hearing. Probably nothing happened except  lawyers trying to delay things. Will eventually go to trial. The 2 asshats probably didn't even attend.

Post#157 by Guest Aug. 11, 2016, 05:35PM

The BBoys had a court hearing today according to media reports. Any news?

Post#146 by Guest Jun. 19, 2016, 02:24PM

When the verdict is read, I hope to be there when they lead these two scoundrels out in handcuffs.

Post#145 by Guest Jun. 16, 2016, 06:51PM

I thought there would be many more posts with 'high fives' with the news of the charges being laid. I suspect the investors have gone elsewhere. Hopefully justice will be sought at the end of the day.
