Bill Bradley has changed his plea to not guilty. The crown will start to re-schedule dozens of trials starting April 3rd.  This could take a long time before his new trial date is scheduled

So should you!

Charges Dropped.  RCMP ARE NOW IN FEAR.

Even if #969 is wrong, the trial will be delayed (again!) because Queen's Bench is shutting down because of covid-19.

CROWN WILL PROBABLY BE DROPPING CHARGES.

Post#962 by Guest Mar. 02, 2020, 01:24PM

Probably going for a lesser charge.

Moved to court of Queens bench.

Contacted the RCMP last week. They said the trial was on schedule as far as they knew.

So did they go to trial on Feb 24? How can we find out?

Post#954 by Guest Feb. 21, 2020, 04:49PM

Feb 24 as scheduled.

Invite the media

Anyone know how to find out when the trial is starting?

Post#951 by Guest Feb. 14, 2020, 10:21AM

Isn't trial supposed to start this Monday, Feb 24?

Hey #949,

Do you have more detail on your comment: "Heard the old one pleaded guilty".

Where did you get that idea?  Or are you just hoping/guesing?

Post#949 by Guest Jan. 27, 2020, 10:25PM

Heard the old one pleaded guilty.

Is a court date coming up soon?

I thought Becker and Bradley would avoid trial and walk away because they weren't tried within some specific (30 month?) period.

Does anyone have any more information about this?

Bboys aren't the only ones. Make sure you remember who else helped these guys along the way.

You know who you are, and so do we.

Court date coming up soon?

3 months!

Bill is working at the Foothills United Church, choir leader.

Not sure what his sidekick is doing.

Which seniors facility? They best stay away from members of my family!

I saw them in Calgary last week... speaking with someone in front of a seniors assisted living facility

Are the BBoys still out and about in Calgary? I heard their trial is set for the new year, possibly February. Such a travesty in Canada that it takes more than a decade to have a criminal trial come to pass.
